    Bryan Grengs

    Software Engineer, CTO

Initially I started as a controls system / automation engineer working on mission critical systems that required 24/7 uptime. I worked with customers to design systems that ran safely and efficiently. I honed my skills in developing intuitive user interfaces, increasing customer satisfaction, adhering to industry standards, and complying with applicable laws. This experience provided a strong foundation for my transition into app development where I am able to expand my talents to solve problems in a larger variety of fields including one I am passionate about: mental health.

About the Product

  • Company History

Our company has been developing software in the digital mental health domain for more than five years -- typically as a contractor to grant-funded researchers and public health professionals. Our developers bring years of experience in this niche to the product which positions us to adhere to industry best practices and requirements with fidelity. In addition to our leadership team, contributors to this product include a designer, an investor, and a growing list of clinical consultants. We are seeking other contributors who are established, talented professionals with license credentials in the fields of psychology, medicine, speech and language pathology, occupational therapy, and special education. If you are interested in how to get involved please contact us at contact@assessmentassistant.app.

  • Product Development

Emerging technologies bring legal and ethical dilemmas and risks to healthcare professionals. From the beginning, our product was developed "for providers by providers". No aspect of this product was developed without first considering the safety, security, and ethical handling of provider or client data. In fact, the only reason this product was developed was to increase the quality of care provided to the client. It wasn't created on a business model to harvest and sell data either. For more information please learn from these resources about how we have developed the Assessment Assistant with a commitment to privacy, information security, and ethical behavior:
